We are currently seeking a dynamic Recovery and Wellness Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) to join our team in the New York City area.
The Certified Peer Specialist is responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive prevention, education wellness and recovery program for assigned plan members. Areas of focus include: face-to-face individual engagement (inpatient and outpatient) and working as a member of our Care Coordination team.
