I’m Maryam, the APS User Support Specialist and I’m here to remind you Term 3 2019 closes this coming Monday December 2, 2019 at 5:00 pm (Eastern).
During the scheduled down time, you can still access your Dashboard to save or print Certificates of Completion. There is no student access to courses during scheduled down time. More about the break between terms and other information you might want to know is available in the Frequently Asked Questions: https://aps-community.org/ui-faq/.
If you have APS courses that are incomplete and/or without a passing grade at the end of the term, there is no penalty. You will just need to wait until the next term to access the course again. At that time you will have two new attempts to pass the course. The first term of 2020 starts on Monday, January 6 at Noon (Eastern).
When you return, do not create a new account. Your account is valid for as long as you are taking courses in the Academy. Courses can only be counted under one account. Accounts cannot be merged, so don't lose credit for your work. Keep everything in one account.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions or require ongoing assistance.
