During the scheduled down time, you can still access your Dashboard to save or print Certificates of Completion. There is no student access to courses during scheduled down time. If you have APS courses that are incomplete and/or without a passing grade at the end of the term, there is no penalty. You will just need to wait until the next term to access the course again. At that time you will have two new attempts to pass the course.
