The Academy of Peer Services is now closed for regularly scheduled maintenance of the site and courses. Courses will open for enrollment again on August 17, 2020 at noon.

During this maintenance period, all Continuing Education (CE) courses are still available for enrollment. A new CE offering is available today!

Peer Workforce Integration (An Introduction): A Needs-based Toolkit to Advance organizational readiness.

This course introduces the Needs-Based Self-Assessment and Toolkit to Advance Organizational Readiness for peer support services. The course provides the evidence about the range of organizational needs that led to the creation of the customized toolkit based on an organizational readiness self-assessment, which is the first step toward action planning and implementation as described in the rest of this series. Presenter: Aviva Cohen, Coordinator of the NYC Peer and Community Health Worker Workforce Consortium.
